Please allow SUFFICIENT TRAVEL TIME to get to our office, especially during morning rush hour.
Your child should get a GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP the night before the appointment.
Your child should EAT breakfast (or lunch) before coming in.
If your child takes MEDICINE for attention span, mood, etc., the usual doses should be taken at the usual times.
If your child wears GLASSES, whether for near or far work, your child should bring them.
A parent, guardian, or other RESPONSIBLE ADULT with whom your child feels comfortable (e.g., a grandparent) needs to stay in the waiting room while your child is being tested.
